FARES AND PRICES
All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise.
YOUR DEPARTURE POINT
The location of the departure point shall be sent to you via email once your booking has been confirmed. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours and will wait no longer than 15 minutes.
AVAILABILITY
The travel products and services sold through The Viñales Experience are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. The tour is confirmed when full payment is received.
DEPOSIT
Any deposits are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT
We request that you carefully check the dates on your confirmation email and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- In the event of cancellation of services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 61+ days prior to departure: full refund (minus the nonrefundable deposit or equivalent amount if originally paid in full)
- 31 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% refund (minus the nonrefundable deposit or equivalent amount if originally paid in full)
- 0 to 30 days prior to departure & during trip: no refund
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
The Viñales Experience requires that all travellers have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, personal injury, personal property losses and trip cancellation expenses. You are also required (not just by us but by the Cuban government) to have adequate health insurance that will cover you should you become sick or injured during your time in Cuba. By purchasing a trip with us you are acknowledging that you have traveler insurance coverage and that The Viñales Experience has no liability for any potential shortfalls in your coverage.
ITINERARY CHANGES BY THE VINALES EXPERIENCE
There may be changes in our itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. By coming on a trip with us you acknowledge that these situations are a normal part of a travel experience, especially in a location like Cuba. Please see more on this here.
COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS AND CUSTOMS
The Viñales Experience expects that all participants on its trips are respectful of the laws, customs and culture of Cuba. Enjoy yourself, have fun, but respect your fellow travelers and the many Cubans you will meet. Cuba has a zero tolerance for drug use. Drones and many camera equipments are prohibited.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your passport is current. Depending on your home country, please make sure you are compliant your specific regulations. If you cannot join the trip because of passport issues you will not be refunded any payments made to The Viñales Experience.
You are responsible for purchasing your travel visa. For U.K. based flights, you can easily purchase your Visitors Visa online for roughly £24.00. For all U.S. based flights, visas can be purchased ahead of time through your airline or can be obtained at the gate before you board your flight to Cuba. If you are traveling from any other country, please check with your airline about obtaining your visa.
